How long is the recovery time?
Recovery times after microneedling is around 3 days. The skin might look slightly red for those three days. One needs strict sun protection, regular moisturisers and sunscreen. It is better to use mild gentle cleansers or clean water for the first few days. Hence it is best suited during weekends.
What are the side effects?
There are no side effects besides minimal discomfort and mild redness when done by an expert. But if done at illegit places, it can cause infection, pain and even scarring.
